Registration
Online registration is required for all speakers and participants. Please complete the relevant registration form given below. Participants are kindly requested to make their payments before filling in the registration form.
Speaker registration form will be available after the notifications of acceptance / rejection have been sent out. Please do not make any payment until you receive your notification.
PARTICIPANTS
The deadline for early registration for participants is Wednesday, 15 April 2015. Following this date, the late registration fee will be in effect. In order for participants to benefit from early registration, they must make their payment and fill in the participant registration form by the deadline indicated above.
Participants & Presenters Registration
PRESENTERS
Upon acceptance of the proposals, presenters must register by Monday, 6 April 2015 latest to confirm that they will be attending the convention. Should they not register by the deadline, the conveners will assume that they have decided against attending the event.
