Therefore, the presenter should provide only a brief overview of the study conducted by sharing the research question, the outline of the methodology and the data analysis procedure in brief. The emphasis should be kept on the findings, the insights gained and the future implications. Presenters are encouraged to allocate at least five minutes at the end of the talk for questions from the audience. Duration: 30 minutes.

Presenters are kindly requested to deliver their reports with occasional reference to their notes or slides.

Thus, the presenter should allow the audience ample time to interact with the purpose of creating discussion so as to lead participants to the new approach, idea or theory. Duration: 30 minutes.

Presenters are kindly requested to plan their presentation so that the audience is allowed at least half of the session time to discuss and share ideas.

Hence, the presenter should be the guide leading the participants through the various stages of the workshop that will eventually enable the audience to gain insight into the new idea or procedure. Duration: 45 minutes.
