Participants requesting refunds of registration fees, in writing, before 01 May 2012 will be fully reimbursed.
For refund requests made by 25 May 2012, a 50 TL processing fee will be deducted from the registration fees paid.
Refund request made after the 25 May 2012 deadline will not be honored.
No refunds are issued on-site. Requests for refunds should be sent to: elt2012@metu.edu.tr Please allow two weeks after the Convention to receive refund.
